HEZ Tech is a software house based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us about it at hello@heztech.dev.
02What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Enquiries: your name, email address and, if you add them, your company, the service you need, your budget range and your message.
- Call requests: your name, email address and the date and time you picked.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the pages requested) to run and protect the site.
03Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, schedule the call you asked for, send the newsletter you signed up for, and keep the website secure. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
04Who else processes it
The website and our email both run on Hostinger. Form submissions are sent from this website to our own inbox by email; no separate form service is involved. Hostinger processes this data on our behalf and may store it outside Indonesia.
05How long we keep it
Enquiries and call requests are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if you become a client. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
07Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and, where it applies to you, the EU GDPR. Email hello@heztech.dev and we'll reply within 14 days.
08Changes
If we change how we use personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
